About Jason Langley

Jason Langley is a graduate of the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Before working as a private mediator, he worked several years as a mediator for the State Board of Workers' Compensation. Prior to that, he spent over twenty years in private practice representing both claimants and employer/insurers in a wide variety of federal and state cases, including arguing before the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Jason also spent over twelve years serving in the United States Army, U.S. Army Reserves and the Florida Army National Guard. His varied legal and life experiences give him a unique skillset to assess issues and effectively communicate to all participants in the mediation process. In addition to participating in over 2500 mediations, Jason is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, licensed in Alabama and Georgia, AV Preeminent® Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
